FitPilot ("we", "our", or "us") is an offline fitness tracking application designed to help users record workouts, track GPS activities, and export workout reports. Your privacy is important to us, and this Privacy Policy explains how FitPilot handles your information.

Information Stored on Your Device

FitPilot stores the following information locally on your device:

• User profile information (name, age, height, weight, gender)
• Workout history
• Workout statistics
• GPS workout routes (when enabled)
• Application settings and preferences
• Generated PDF and CSV workout reports

Your workout information remains stored locally on your device. FitPilot does not upload your workout data to our servers.

Location Permission

FitPilot requests location permission to record GPS routes, distance, speed, and workout paths.

If you grant background location permission, FitPilot can continue tracking your workout while the application is running in the background. Background location is used only during active workout tracking.

Foreground Service & Notifications

During an active workout, FitPilot runs a foreground service and displays a persistent notification so Android can continue tracking your workout accurately while the app is minimized or the screen is locked.

Internet Access

FitPilot primarily works offline. Internet access is only used when required for map functionality provided by Google Maps or other services requested by you. Your workout records are not uploaded to our servers.

Google Maps

FitPilot uses Google Maps to display maps and workout routes. When maps are displayed, Google may collect technical information according to Google's own Privacy Policy.

Exported Files

FitPilot allows you to export workout reports as PDF or CSV files. These files are created only when you choose to export them and are stored on your device in the location you select.

Notifications

FitPilot requests notification permission only to display workout tracking notifications while an activity is in progress.

Advertising

FitPilot does not display advertisements.

Analytics

FitPilot does not use analytics services to monitor your usage.

Accounts

FitPilot does not require account registration. No login or sign-up is required to use the application.

Third-Party Services

FitPilot may rely on the following third-party services:

• Google Maps Platform
• Android Location Services

These services are governed by their own privacy policies.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties.

Children's Privacy

FitPilot is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Security

Your workout information is stored locally on your device. While we strive to protect your information, no method of electronic storage is completely secure.

Your Choices

• You may delete workouts at any time.
• You may edit your profile information.
• You may revoke location or notification permissions through Android Settings.
• You may delete exported files whenever you choose.
